Vantone Real Estate (Beijing Vantone Real Estate Co Ltd) is an A-share company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (Stock code: 600246, hereafter as "Vantone") with a total equity of 1216.8 million shares. As of December 31, 2014, the company's total assets stood at RMB14.231 billion with net assets of RMB3.529 billion. Being a Level-A developer, Vantone Real Estate has 36 holding and joint-stock subsidiaries, mostly engaged in property development.

As an innovator and pioneer in the real estate industry, Vantone Real Estate has developed a business system centered on residential development and commercial properties following the strategy of "low risk, medium speed and high return".
